It is with great pleasure that we invite you to a very special occasion marking the beginning of your IWiL journey:

Networking Evening – Mentee Class 2026

Thursday, March 19, 2026, 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

IKB Deutsche Industriebank, Wilhelm-Bötzkes-Straße 1, 40474 Düsseldorf

Our new mentees are nominated by our member companies and represent a wide range of renowned organizations across Europe – spanning industries from finance, technology and media to energy, retail, consulting, mobility and academia.

You will come together to connect, exchange experiences, and begin shaping the next chapter of your leadership journeys. What unites you is not your industry or background, but your shared ambition to grow, to lead with impact, and to actively shape the future of your organizations.

Once again, we are proud to welcome a diverse and inspiring group of talented women. Through mentorship, shared learning, and strong networks, we aim to support you on your path toward senior leadership – empowering you to contribute fresh perspectives, strategic insight, and responsible leadership to executive floors across Europe.

This evening will offer a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another, exchange ideas, and perhaps even form new friendships in a warm and welcoming atmosphere – accompanied by live music from Teneja.
