Dear Mentors 2026!
We are delighted to invite you to our exclusive evening event:
Mentor Dinner 2026
on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
at the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank headquarters,
Richard-Oskar-Mattern-Straße 6, 40547 Düsseldorf
Conference language: German
This evening is dedicated to our valued mentors of the class of 2026 – as a token of our deep appreciation for your commitment, your time, and your valuable support within the framework of our mentoring program.
In keeping with tradition, we will be hosting the dinner in the elegant premises of apoBank.
During the evening, we aim to introduce our new mentors to the IWiL community and to one another, fostering connections from the very beginning. The dinner will also provide a valuable opportunity to engage in conversations about the upcoming mentoring year, exchange experiences, address open questions, and gain insights into the new cohort of mentees.

Professor Dr. Nicole Richter, Professor of General Business Administration with a focus on Leadership, Organizational Design, and Human Resource Management at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (HSD), will deliver a keynote impulse on “New leadership between transformation and ongoing crisis”.
In her talk, she will explore the competencies and mindsets required of leaders in today’s increasingly complex, dynamic, and uncertain business environment. Key themes include tolerance for ambiguity, resilience, and openness to change, as well as empathy, courage, and confidence as essential leadership qualities in the modern era.
Drawing on her academic expertise as an economist and her extensive experience in research, teaching, and practice, Professor Dr. Richter will provide valuable insights into contemporary leadership. In addition, as a committed advocate for the advancement of women, she will share perspectives that contribute meaningfully to the discussion on inclusive and future-oriented leadership cultures.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Matthias Schellenberg and his team for their generous hospitality and for hosting this evening.
Please let us know at memberservices@iwil.eu if you can attend. We would be delighted to welcome you in person on the evening.
With warm regards,
The IWiL Team
