Kick Off of our Mentee Class 2026

A special event marking the beginning of another inspiring year of mentoring, exchange, and empowerment within our IWiL network with our mentors, new mentees, members, and guests. You can meet representatives here from Accenture, Bayer, DB, E.ON, GEA, Interhyp, DuMont, MediaMarktSaturn, NRW Bank, Omnicom, Qiagen, SIG, TUI, Teekanne, and so many more!

Here’s what to Expect:

• A warm welcome and light breakfast to start the day in a really great company.

• Opportunities to connect with our Mentors and Mentees 2026, as well as other members of our growing community – an enriching space for dialogue, inspiration, and exchange.

• Engaging sessions and insights to set the tone for another successful IWiL year.

• We are particularly pleased that Dr. Stephan Keller, Mayor of Düsseldorf and a mentor within the IWiL network, will join the program to share a few remarks with our mentees, mentors, and guests.
