Dear Mentees and Mentors of 2025,


It is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to the 


Graduation Ceremony of the IWiL Mentee Class of 2025

Date: June 11, 2026, Time: 5:00 p.m.

 Venue: Parfümerie Douglas GmbH & Co. KG

Luise-Rainer-Straße 7–11, 40235 Düsseldorf

This special evening is dedicated to celebrating the achievements of our outstanding mentees and the successful completion of their mentoring journey. It is a moment to recognize not only their personal growth and accomplishments over the past year, but also the dedication, guidance, and support provided by our mentors and the entire IWiL community.

Through this experience, we hope our mentees feel empowered to further accelerate their professional development and to actively contribute to strengthening leadership culture within their organizations. By bringing new perspectives, confidence, and inspiration into their workplaces, our mentees — who, thanks to their IWiL mentoring experience, will hopefully achieve their career goals faster and more effectively — represent leading organizations such as DuMont, E.ON, Qiagen, thyssenkrupp, Santander, Henkel, Schneider Electric, All for One, GEA, MediaMarktSaturn, Noerr, Douglas, Interhyp, SIG, Nufarm, Airbus, EJOT, Vahle, and many others, and will continue to help shape more inclusive, innovative, and successful environments.


One of the highlights of the evening will be our speakers, who will share insights on women’s health from different perspectives:
