This session will offer thoughtful insights for women in leadership and everyone navigating organizational dynamics, influence, and power structures in modern organizations.

Who is Ayten?

Ayten Hamdemir is an IWiL alumna and a seasoned HR and leadership expert with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. She has held senior leadership roles, including Head of HR Business Partner at thyssenkrupp Steel, where she focused on strategic HR partnering and leadership development.

From August 2026 onwards, she continues her professional journey as a Lecturer at Oxford Business School, as well as a Business Advisor and Coach. In these roles, she brings her deep expertise in organizational dynamics, leadership, and human behavior to support executives and teams in navigating complex business environments.
