With more than 20 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia and the United States, Aude has led global business transformations, built new business categories, driven digital transformation, and shaped growth strategies for some of Nestlé's largest international businesses.

Today, she leads the global Premium Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements portfolio as well as Weight Management & GLP-1 companion solutions within Nestlé's newly created Nutrition & Health business.

Throughout her career, Aude has:

• Launched & scaled global growth platforms addressing Women's Health and Healthy Longevity,

• Built and led high-performing cross-functional teams across continents,

• Served on several corporate and non-profit boards.

  
  

Beyond an impressive career, Aude also speaks at forums such as Davos, the World Economic Forum, at the Business School Lausanne (BSL)  among others.   

Yet, when it comes to leadership, she does not begin with strategy or results. She begins from within.
