The implementation

25 TOP WOMEN TO THE TOP LEVEL PER YEAR

Every year we aim to publicly present a minimum of 25 top women and effectively support and guide them on their way to the top.

Companies

are represented by their women at the top level. The companies themselves are committed to act as mentors as well.

The Initiators

In April 2017 the W20 Summit took place in Berlin under the patronage of Chancellor Dr Angela Merkel. It had high-profile celebrity support and a massive media response. Inspired by the summit, four women from the Rhine/Ruhr region created this initiative aiming to promote the long-term promotion of women at the top level.
